Tens Pen F.A.Q.

Issue:

I can feel the shocking sensation in the hand holding it.
Solution:

A small sensation in your hand is normal, however, if experiencing a shock, this means you are not holding the pen firm and flat enough. Make as much skin contact as possible with the hand holding the pen.

Issue:

The small dome attachment/piece is missing.

Solution:

The small dome attachment is shipped in the pocket of the tens pen case. It is usually very secure however should it come loose in the post, it shouldn't fall out of the postage envelope. Great care goes in to the packaging of each tens pen and not a single one ships out incomplete. Unfortunately we do not have any spares, please take care when opening your parcel.

Issue:

My device won't turn on

Solution:

The device takes one AA battery (not included). Check the battery fits snugly. If it is loose, some adjustment to the spring may be required.

SAFETY ADVICE
Do not use the Tens Pen if you have a pacemaker, pulse regulator, artificial heart, lungs or other life sustaining electronic medical device.
Never use in the shower, bath, pool or in high humidity. Just don't get it wet.

Keep away from children and animals - it's not for them.

Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant (I would recommend not using it if you are pregnant), have a serious heart condition or other life threatening disease or injury.

Do not cross the heart
